Despite all odds, I have finally graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature. I am currently working a day job while I study for my JLTP N2 certification, which I hope will open more doors into the world of professional translation. I see this as a stepping stone towards my ultimate goal of pursuing a career in the Japanese animation industry. This site was created to document my work in the field of image processing and restoration, but expect posts to also cover topics ranging from color management, to translation, to computer hardware. I'll even write about anime sometimes.
